This is just an element in the square. It was designed for Nowruz holiday and now is in Mellat Park. You can see 7 seen elemnts on it. Gold fish, apples, a pack of sweet, etc. It reminds all about Nowruz shopping by a man from the past (about 30-40 years ago for example).
